How it Works:
InsureLinx is a web-based platform for payroll providers to offer pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation insurance to their
clients. InsureLinx enables payroll providers to submit leads, calculate premium, transmit payments, create certificates of
insurance (COI’s), simulate audits and has custom integration with Payroll Relief (www.insurelinx.com).
Cennairus Insurance is a leading broker licensed in 45 states who has expanded class code eligibility through
extensive carrier relationships. All new leads submitted to InsureLinx are sent to Cennairus Insurance for quoting. Cennairus
Insurance contacts the client to gain any missing information or supporting documentation to bind insurance
coverage (www.cennairus.com).
InsurePay is the branded pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation insurance product developed by InsureLinx and
Cennairus Insurance. Clients will see InsurePay on their documentation once a policy is bound and on their bank
statements when premium is debited from their account.
Process Overview
- Payroll Provider registers on the AccountantsWorld/InsureLinx webpage accessible from within Payroll Relief.
- Payroll Provider enters basic information on client.
- Cennairus reviews information and works directly with client to secure an insurance quote.
- Client accepts quote and Payroll Provider is notified to start transmitting payroll data.
- Payroll Provider transmits payroll data through Payroll Relief each time payroll is generated.
- InsureLinx calculates premium, debits client bank account and sends payment to carrier.
- InsureLinx pays Data Transfer Fees of up to 6% to Payroll Provider monthly.
